We are pleased to introduce a comprehensive safety management system for trucking companies, designed to streamline and simplify the management of safety documents, driver information, and truck maintenance records. Our system is a web-based platform that includes a mobile application for drivers, allowing for efficient communication and data sharing between drivers, managers, and safety personnel.
The system is structured into four phases, with each phase adding new functionality and features. In Phase 1, we offer a rapid and simple flash feature. Phase 2 is dedicated to company login functionality via a web interface, with user account types ranging from regular safety managers to the main safety manager account. The latter can create accounts for other safety managers and assign trucks to them, while a warning label is displayed if another user is already editing a truck. The driver login interface is provided via a mobile app, with phone number and password verification protocols in place.
In Phase 3, the general structure is established, consisting of company, driver, and truck objects. The company object is uploaded once for the entire company, and includes at least three mandatory expiration dates for commercial general liability, automobile liability, and camp collision, as well as two agreements with corresponding expiration date fields. The driver object includes a drug test field that requires updating by the safety manager, and a drug test document upload feature for the driver. Finally, the truck object includes mandatory fields for registration, VIN number, year, and expiration date, as well as optional fields for permits, physical damage, and oil change status.
In Phase 4, we offer the ability to generate a QR code that can be scanned to redirect to a website where all truck, driver, and company object documents can be viewed, without requiring login credentials. The layout of the web interface includes a side menu with options for notifications about oil changes, as well as options for managing the fleet, drivers, and accidents. The mobile interface includes the ability to enter case numbers, photos, comments, voice files, police reports, other party contact information, and load information for accident reports, with notifications sent to the safety manager/company.
